Brunch, Bid & Bowl is an annual event that invites Allies against abuse like YOU to raise critical funds to support survivors of domestic violence in South Niagara. Help Birchway Niagara to raise over $90,000 to support critical, compassionate services such as safe shelter, a 24-hour support line and counselling to help break the cycle of family violence.
With the energetic and entertaining Layne, “The Auctionista” ramping up the excitement, you will take part in exciting live and silent auctions, be invited to participate in the ever-popular “Heads or Tails” game, (don’t forget to bring $10 for a chance to win a great prize!), then head to the lanes at Cataract Bowl to celebrate your team’s fundraising success! The day includes a delicious brunch hosted by Club Italia (free for teams of 6-8 bowlers who reach the $1000 fundraising minimum).

Start your fundraising early and consider asking friends and family for donations in lieu of presents for anniversaries, holidays, birthdays etc.
Reach out directly to past and prospective donors. A phone call, in-person conversation or thoughtful email that shares the impact of a their gift can make a big difference!

Cash, credit (Mastercard/VISA), debit, and cheques are all accepted when you pay for your auction items, but make sure to bring $10 in cash if you would like to participate in “Heads or Tails!”
Yes. Club Italia has a large parking lot and does not charge for parking.
While we are raising money for a serious cause, this event is all about having FUN! Casual dress is perfect… and some teams even wear costumes or team t-shirts!
Don’t forget to bring any donations that were not made online (but make sure to enter them in the “offline donations” section of your fundraising site so we know your team’s total!). You can find a pledge form here.
Some of the day’s fun activities will be “cash-only” so we recommend that each participant brings $20 in cash to ensure you can participate!
